When you’re very busy working on your sites or developing your web apps, you hardly have enough time to check what’s going on with the server – whether it’s overloading or whether all the services are running okay. With our Administration Services solution, we’ll take care of this instead of you. Your VPS server will be added to the custom–built monitoring software system and whenever there’s a sign of a problem, our server administrators will be warned instantly.

Weekly Backups

If you run a regularly visited site or a data–loaded web app, it is imperative to keep a full backup of everything. Still, setting up an automatic backup solution is quite challenging. That’s why we offer you our Administration Services package – we promise to maintain a complete backup copy of your Linux VPS package, not only of your sites and data, but of all the custom settings that you have created. Our backup scripts run each week, retaining all the modifications that you have made during that period.

Installation & Troubleshooting

With a Linux VPS Package, you will have total freedom to run any kind of script or service on your server. But, some scripts are harder to install and may require some additional configuration from you. This is where our Administration Services option can help you out. It features 30 min of installation & trouble–shooting procedures – this means that you can basically hire one of our knowledgeable server administrators for 30 min and have him help you with the installation process of any kind of software program whatsoever that you want. And/or have him take care of an issue that you’re experiencing with your Virtual Private Server.

The Administration Services deal is bundled with most of our OpenVZ Linux VPS Packages and it is an optional feature with the KVM Linux VPS Packages.
