With a couple of clicks of the mouse in the Email Manager section of your Hepsia Control Panel, you can set up 5 separate protection levels. If you continue to receive unsolicited bulk email messages or the spam filters start preventing legitimate messages from entering your inbox, you can change the level just as easily. The quality of our spam detection service is guaranteed by one of the most widely used spam filters – SpamAssassin. In case you do not want to risk missing a genuine email that may be regarded as spam owing to its content, you can also create custom filters based on the body, the sender or the subject of the message and re-send the emails to another mailbox where you can read them later.
Spam Filters in Semi-dedicated Hosting
If you use one of our Linux semi-dedicated packages, you will not need to worry about junk messages clogging your mailboxes every once in a while, as you can take advantage of the famous SpamAssassin anti-spam filter that we offer with each semi-dedicated account. Our in-house built Hepsia Control Panel will permit you to enable the filter for any mailbox with a couple of mouse clicks and you can choose any of the five safety levels – from very low to very high. The level can be changed at any time if, for instance, legitimate emails get blocked, or if unsolicited bulk email messages go through and appear in your Inbox folder. To take no chances, you can choose all filtered messages to be re-sent to a special email account like spam@your-domain.com and not to be deleted. In this way, you can check them from time to time to ensure that you have not missed an authentic email message.
